How long to wait to list HIGH VOLUME/LOW DOLLAR items

My accounts usually age an average 6 months before I start using them. However, I was wondering if anyone knew how long you should wait (after starting a brand new stealth account) to start listing say 100-500 items at about $9.99 a pop? 21 days? 30 days?

I wait at least 30 days. Even after 30 days, I don't rush to list hundreds items just in a few days. Control the speed until both eBay and Paypal accounts are mature.

The slower you ramp up the number of listings the BETTER OFF you are.
