MC115 Suspension .ebay ask for vcc statment.

Hi, my account got suspended for MC115. ebay asks me for creditcard statment,but the creditcard is a VCC ,how can I provide the VCC statment?
will ebay know the original bank issuer? .Thanks so much ~

ebay will know everything about the card by simply looking at the numbers on it. They know now it is a VCC. Which card is it?
