how to"confirm location" for a stealth PP account?
 

I have create a canadian paypal account, and limited today.

the paypal ask me "confirm location"

In fact, the address is not mine, How can I add a credit card as that address?

May I buy a prepaid credit card, and registe the card as that address, is that work?

vanilla or national bank card is work?

You could always go down to your the bank of your choice and open up a checking account with a debit card. Your bank will not release any of the information about you so you can remain stealth. This is how I do things, but my accounts aren't throw away accounts...at least not yet.

You will need to add either a VCC (doubt it will work but I have not yet tested it) or a bank account.

I'd suggest you open a new checking or savings account with your current bank, then add this to Paypal. Paypal cannot verify the name in which the bank account is made, they only verify if the account actually works.

Once this is done they might request documents, which can be easily ⊗⊗⊗⊗d with some imagination.

Canadian limitations are easier to get around than the US. At least we don't get hit with SSN limitations!
