quick question about phone #

I just got a new cell phone and haven't used it to call paypal but I have gone online to paypal with it. Is it safe to use it or should i get a different number???

If you used your phone's browser to view your Paypal account, there is no way Paypal will know your phone number. They will know your phone's IP address, but you can change this by a battery pull.
