Proving what items you sell?
 

I recently got one of those, "After a recent review of your account activity, it has been determined that you may be in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy," e-mails.....

My sales aren't associated with a website, I just send invoices, I also upload tracking numbers for every order. But they claim that they want verification of what items I'm selling. And the only method of doing that is to upload documents in my user area of pay-pal.....

Can anyone who has had this temporary limitation lifted tell me what they did? I know I can just try different things (set up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ website, just type up a bs story, etc...), but I'm hoping someone who has actually done it can share their experience.......
