personal or business?

hello everybody
I am trying to create UK stealth account.
every time increate one I am unable to surpass the limit of 10 items £750 . I wonder if it is personal or business related?

They are just the standard limits these days for nearly all accounts

A lot of people seem to be able to consistently make higher limit accounts, is this a case of making 200 at a time and then pulling out the 50 good ones or is it from considering other factors, such as distance between address and IP location, Phone number (virtual, landline or VoIP) and other similar factors?

Just call chat with them after you make at least 5 sales in 3-4 days.

The are the normal limits unless you contact ebay for a raise.
