Restricted after listing the first item

hi everyone!
Last week I successfully registered a seller account(HongKong). But after I published my first product, it was restricted. I emailed ebay. I would like to ask, is this normal?
The item film is 100% non-infringing. How likely am I to get it done?

There are so many factors to figure out what actually happened.
Sometimes even products you think 100% is non high risk are considered high risk.

Doesn't the email eBay sent you give you the reasons why they suspended you?
