recently bouthg book again and THIS occured..

as title says i bought the book recently again. Trying to log in from new device and to proceed to new chapters - NOPE.
it writes to me that an error has been occured, that i dont have access + i dont see in my order history the purchase i made. only the very old one i did in 2016.
Can i get my access to the book? Would have really appreaciate it cause i was settin my mind to read the whole night today and then this..
