I have an issue with finding a name for eBay/PP account
 

AFAIK in the stealth guide, it is optional between using a relative's info and making up a nickname based on my own name. However, I'm a non-US resident and thus I dont have to be worried about SSN, so I'm free to choose a nickname. My question is can I use a totally different name, like totally irrelevant to my real name?
Also I believe in my country I do not need to care much about bank accepting mismatched name or not. I can sell paypal dollar for a conversion rate lower than that of bank.
