Ebay and Paypal account STRUGGLING!!
 

Hey guys ive been having an issue with my stealth Paypal account in whbich im not sure how I should resolve it. Basically on Ebay I had been selling Orange Sim cards, and a load of Kasperskys and some merchandise from a Chinese Supplier. Now I had been sellin all very well with no Vero problems. However one of my buyers decided to file a chargeback on some merchandise which he purchased from me which he claimed were counterfeit as they were shipped from China. Now 1 day after he filed this claim Ebay “temporarily” suspended my account and Paypal limited my account. I provided all my tracking and fought my case and in the end it was escolated to Paypal in which a couple weeks lagter paypal gave the case in my favor so I was able to keep all the money. Now my paypal is still limited I am just unsure on what information I should provide

BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT: for the bank account statement im nt sure as to what I need as I created the stealth paypal with one name. But however I needed to put my real name when I added the bank.

Supplier Contact Info: This chinese retailers is not a authentic supplier but like just a guy who recieves a whole load of them and sells them on to me. Im notr sure on how I can resolve this one. SO do you think it would be a good idea to leave out this supplier and just put in Orange and T-mobiles’s address as this is where I had been getting the sim cards from. Many thx help would be much appreciated guys.

yes theyve resolved the buyer issue but still limiting you, asking for stuff, bank account statement, you need to change your statement to stealth details with photo editor, as for supplier, you can risk giving oranges details but they might check the invoice you give them with orange/t-mobile, are they the free ones you get, if so just say you got them free, otherwise make-up a non chinese invoice you can give them eg a non existant telecoms company in europe or uk and put a temp number down for them you can answer yourself
(you can get free 0870 type numbers)
by the way if these are real descriptions of your products I advise you delete as it identifies you fairly well (theyre watching!)

so on the bank statement i put the stealth address details right. Even though on adding the bank account in paypal i had to put my real name in the first place?

if you are stealth you are supposed to put your stealth details on paypal so as not to link you to your suspended account, paypal and ebay must match. If you put a real name on paypal and ebay and stealth address thats ok too for most people.
