Listing hot items

Hello guys, I would like some advice on something that is probably a common issue among you guys.

:help:

My situation is, I'm sitting on a large batch of certain vero items. The items are hot selling; to give you a picture, my first sale is usually 20-30mins after my listing, and 3-10 every hour. However of course these are subject to irregular takedowns by the respective rights owners.

What I need advice on, is when and how should I offload these damn things. Should I do a featured listing with a quantity of 5? 10? Or should I go a bit slower and post single buyitnow listings with short durations?

Of course I have a few backup stealth accounts at the ready, however just looking at the sheer amount of stock I need to shift, even just 1 takedown every 5-10 sales would result in many accounts going into cooldown mode if I don't approach this properly.

Thnx guys for you time, much appreciated!

:good:

Don't list BIN with a short duration. It automatically draws the attention of the bots.

List 10 day BIN but only list the qty that will sell within 48 hours. That way, the listing is gone before the max days have passed. Bots are less likely to bother it. Vero won't see it unless they view the history of what has previously sold.

Thnx vicvelcro!

With regards to 10day BIN listings, should I still go for the featured listing upgrade to counter competitor listings, or will the very high demand simply see them sold regardless?

I have no idea with hot selling items, if buyers usually just buy whatever looks good on the first page that comes up, or actually filter lowest price first.

Much appreciated guys!

Tough question to answer, since I have no idea what you are listing. Odds are good that I wouldn't know much about your specific line, anyhow.

Generally, if you have something that is extremely in demand, it will sell. However, if the item is oversaturated (300 people selling the same thing), you might need some listing upgrades in order to get noticed.
