Can someone please anwer these 2 simple questions for it has been bothering me for weeks!

Does DBA certificate or an I.D. has the date when it was created?

If your paypal business account get limited, does paypal also ask your for your DBA certificate along with proof of address, transaction details, etc.

Please help me figure this answer out! Thanks a million!

Yes, it has date when it was created. Another reason to get all your ducks in the row before opening accounts, not after.
When you get limited by PayPal it's treaded like any other limitation. You have to have what they are asking for to lift the limitation.

It means to have everything prepared BEFORE you do something big . Have all the work done to make the project work. Be aware of anything that could stop the project working.

In this case the big project is a paypal account & you are using the DBA: that has to be right & prepared to help make the paypal account work.

Sorry for my ignorance, but can you also tell me do you get both of these thing: a DBA certificate and Identity Card with your picture, DOA name, and other information. If you also get an I.D. what is shown on the I.D.?

You get the certificate, but no picture ID.

Sorry again forgot to ask this question also: Can you recieve the certificate in the P.O. BOX also.

You get your DBA in person at your local Clerk of Court.
