SIM Hotspot and stealth account

Hi,

I have decided to create my first stealth ebay account, but I have a question.
I have a real Italian SIM, it is a good idea to use internet hotspot for create paypal and ebay account or it's better to use fresh ip ?

I don't know how it is in Italy but for me personally I try to avoid anything that's been used publicly since usually a mobile hotspot has a smaller pool of IP and everyone were on it. I try to eliminate any chance of error.

So based on that I like to go Fresh IP myself.

Keep in mind, the moderator above makes money shoving VPNs down peoples throats. VPNs is MUCH MORE RISKY than a cellular IP. It is why some platforms such as Etsy do not allow VPNs at all anymore. They are very much abnormal and under much much much more scrutiny.

This is facts and not opinion. I do not make any money recommending you to act like a normal ebay user.

MOST VPS are safe. Most are very slow though.

I recommend you a Fresh new IP address from VPN since they are easily adquired and no chance of fails.

Yes, UK sim work well in Italy.
I'm trying it, and for now everything seems to be ok.
The good thing is that the uk sim have uk ip in Italy :)
