In this day I bought 4-5 account ebay (3-14 years aged) but without paypal.
how can I move to start selling?

I bought them from ebay users... I asked her privately and a lot of them accept my offer.

But I don't know if I can use a new stealth PayPal account.

You can add just don't link it. Mine worked 2 years like this but its gamble as is every stealth you use.

Correct - sadly, never can be sure when the new PP goes down :( Not ideal stealth but it does work for many...
