But I am from Ukraine.
I want to sell goods while in Ukraine, send goods from Ukraine to the United States.
How will your stealth account help me? And will it help at all?

You can set up a Ukrainian Ebay account, but as you probably know, you cannot recieve money with a Ukrainian Paypal

Maybe you can create a Polish Paypal, and open up a Polish bank account, which is straight forward for Ukrainians

You can pay your Ebay fees with a credit card, or from your Paypal account

Better to make your own PayPal instead of paying an intermediary, I'm sure they are not cheap

You will need to have documents ready for your PayPal to lift the 2.5k euro receiving limit but apart from that not difficult.

I just can’t use the stealth technique for Ukraine.
Ipburger does not give Ukrainian IP ...

4) the paypal will always be the same (for receiving payments from buyers) and the drink fell on the payment of goods — my personal one — is different.
