question about switching user accounts?
 

when swiching user accounts to log on to new ebay account do i have to change ip address every time i switch users?

You need to use a different IP for each ebay login. Regardless of whether you use windows user accounts or completely different computers.

how about if i log in to paypal do i need to have a diffrent ip address every time also.

If you don't want to get any of them linked then the answer is YES.

yesterday i set up a paypal account in a different user account on my computer.i have not set up a ebay account yet because i am waiting for the small deposit to arrive in my checking account. i cleared cookies, and ip address before doing this. then today i logged in to my new pp account with the same ip address that i made the pp account with yesterday. the ip address has never been used to log in to any of my suspended ebay account or paypal accounts.am i good still or will this new pp account be linked some how because i used the same ip address as the one i made it with yesterday.

You are OK if you loged in with user account you created PayPal in. You can use the same IP address all the time with PP, but that IP address should be designated to this user account-paypal-ebay account only.
