Hello everybody! The question is: let's say that I have a fresh ebay and paypal account registered with a US resident, but I myself am in Russia. How can I withdraw money from paypal to Russia? Can I attach my bank account to paypal and confirm it, given that it will be in my name and not in the name of the resident to whom everything is registered? I can’t open a real bank account in the name of a resident, I can only make a virtual card. Thank you in advance!

You can only attach a US bank account to a US PayPal.
Withdrawals to a US verified bank account (name dosen't matter) is the only way you can get money out of PayPal.

If you can't get access to an American bank, then the only option would be to use the ebay with a russian paypal, if the ebay had good history and is worth saving.

how can I attach to my account ebay in the name of an American citizen paypal to another name of a citizen of Russia?
