Mixed signals from ebay
 

I know I am beating a dead horse here, but trying to get clarity...

Ebay account indefinitely suspended. After a month, when trying to log into that suspended ebay business account, a new message popped up about verifying info. I emailed them and got a reply today saying to verify by sending documents, but only said driver's license or alternatives. Next line talks about the DL and CC needing to match the address listed on account. But they didn't say to send CC statement in the space above, so I replied to that email asking for clarification, and I get a response from someone different along the lines of what I got when suspended, that they can't do anything and to walk away. So which is it - send DL or nothing can be done?

I'm inclined to just send the DL for verification , since it is my information and home address (pre-stealth), and ignore that second email. My only concern is that they are trying to get more info from me to make sure I don't try anything after this.

UPDATE:

Didn't hear anything here, so I went ahead and sent DL and a bill. Had to send my email to the address they sent from already, since the link they gave me to submit wanted me to log in first, and since it is suspended indefinitely, I cannot log in. I got a somewhat quick reply saying suspended indefinitely, blah , blah, blah. I sent email back asking why would they say submit the documents and give me hope if all they are going to do is dismiss it and give me the party line? Haven't heard back from that yet.
