Need advice about old paypal account
 

Got an old paypal attached to suspended ebay, suspended 2 years ago, Ive accepted a couple of payments on it a year back no probs. The bank attached to it has a little money in it and I want to spend it on something that needs my real address as they wont accept another address, its my only paypal in my real address that is left and working, I have other paypals in similar variations but as its a big order I dont want to risk it going somewhere else for invalid address.....

Since that time though, I had another exact same paypal in real details canned, it was about 6 months ago, I received a payment, it got refunded and they asked for all id, which I gave in and then they said I couldnt it again, perm limited.

There is no problem about ip and cookies as I can use my old laptop and not taint my new accounts..

Should I risk using the open paypal account to buy???? What if I upload the money from bank, and then when I try and buy they limit me for 180 days and the money gets stuck - anyone had similar scenario?

I don't see any risk for buying. I use an old one to buy. so far no problem.

A few months back, I started to use a new ebay account + real CC under a separate Windows user, IP to purchase goods on eBay. No paypal account is set up.

thanks , no its not to purchase from ebay its somewhere else that accepts paypal ..
