Making new Paypal account with same name but everything else different
 

Hello guys

Assuming I had an account with Paypal from Netherland which just got limited, I never attached any ID card on it except the Bank number details. I have never verified any documents on it.

Reason for suspension was: AUP

Now is it possible that I some create a new PayPal account using the same name? Because as I stated above I have never verified document on my previous Paypal. I am assuming Paypal wont link the account just with the name matching? Assuming there could be others with similar name so its not really make sense.

So my idea is:

• Same Name as before (so that I can verify my account if required by providing ID card)
• New Bank/Card (to avoid linking)
• New Phone number (to avoid linking)
• New user on computer and new IP (to avoid linking)

Also I am unsure what to do with address?

Please assist me with above points if I maybe missing something?
