Listed my first item - some questions
 

Fellow Friends of Aspkin!

I have some questions, if anyone has an answer, thankyou guys!

I have successfully got my listing, and there are some things I have questions about.

1. There is not promoted listing ad when listing my first item, like the % you can list for an ad. Is it due to my new account?

2. how long does it take for ebay to actually list my item, no views getting worried. I am pretty sure it takes 24 hours to actually list them in the index, dont know.

3. last but not least my friends, because i dont have my actual address when it comes to shipping out personal items from my house, do I just do it manually then have my tracking info in the shipped info.

New accounts do not have the promoted listing option.
It can take 24-48 hours to have your item show up in search results.
Different people do their shipping in different ways. Youll need to figure out a shipping solution that works for you. read up on it in the stealth guide and you can search for more options in the forum.

The promoted option will appear after a month of selling.
