can still withdraw money when paypal account under review?
 

i got a email from paypal saying my transaction level is close to limit, and will get limited to confirm identity for antimoney landry. i wasn't using my real information, so can not provide id and living address proof.

i check the paypal screen, it says i can still withdraw money when my account is under review, the only thing that i can't do is to "close the account". is this a trap? once i withdraw it will limit my account? i have about 900 dollars in that account.

when i login paypal it didnt say limit, but says account under review and ask for these information. i guess that is already an account limitation? my money is theirs??

Only way is to create pake info up.

If you think it's worth it, find a leniant virtual office address and virtual phone number provider if they require this.

If they require proof of ownership or accounts, or a backup credit card you can always go the prepaid method for credit cards. Remember PayPal cannot check the name on the bank account.

I don't really know what else they ask, as I always verify my PayPal stealth accounts to remove limitations. ^_^

Remember to judge if this PayPal account is really worth saving, is it linked to valuable eBay accounts? Is there significant money left in it?

I would highly recommend against withdrawing, as I believe it would make you look more fraudulent - e.g. (quick withdraw it all, before I get caught tactics).

$900 is pretty significant, so you probably should try to save the account.

if you think you'll have trouble providing the info they ask for, I suggest you attempt to remove the funds while you still can. Carefully, though. Don't try to yank it all in one lump sum.

If you are confident that you can iron this out nice and smooth, pull a few bucks here and there. Continue to do business as usual and let it all play out.

hi guys, i withdraw some dollars today, 2 days after i received this warning. because when i log in paypal, it says i can still receive and withdraw funds, the only thing i can't do now is to close the account.

it didn't stop me from withdraw but as usual it takes 3-5 working days, and they can reverse it any time.

i wonder if anyone has this experience before, do they really allow you to withdraw if they said so when the account is under review. i find it hard to provide the photo id because it is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name at a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address.

if they still allow withdraw i will start to do more business for the remaining of the 60 days period and give up the account at the end.

Don't push it so hard. You and we have no way of knowing absolutely whether they will reverse you or not. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it floats. What works today might fail tomorrow.

Since you already know you can't meet their desire for photo ID, move your business to another account while at the same time attempting to clean this one out.

If you want to throw money away, simply mail it to me in the form of money orders. I won't need or want a copy of your ID.
