The importance of changing your MAC Address
 

I have read the book, but I am still curious about the MAC Address.

How important is it to keep it changed per every account? Does eBay log MAC Address' or do they not have access to them?

I currently have different Windows User Accounts. I use different dial up services to mess around on eBay making sure I don't over use the ip-ranges. Is this enough or do I really need to look into changing my MAC address in the long haul?

EBay does not read your MAC address, just change your IP Address and use user accounts and you'll be protected on that end.

The MAC Method will change your IPs and thats why it was created. Also, when using the same MAC addresses with your eBay accounts, you can sometimes get the SAME IP for each account. A nice feature for sure. :)
