Ebay removed my listing due to price gourging and not being the owner of the item!!

I put a jsp mask with seperate filters for sale on a 1 day listing, ebay suddenly removed.

Ebay removed my listing due to price gourging and not being the owner of the item!! when there are lots of sellers selling the same thing!

How can I put the listing back on?

You cant.
And don't bother trying to compare yourself to other sellers. Its pointless. You don't see when they get taken down and you don't know what the ones who are on there did to get permission to sell those items.
