Creating new PP account after getting permanent limitation
 

So I had my PP account permanently limited back in 2020 saying that I was high risk. All details were 100% real and I had been using it since 2017. Funds held for 180 days should be released soon hopefully.

Question is, does anyone know what will happen if I create a new PayPal account again?

- Still under the same name
- Different type of ID will be used
- Different address but I can provide valid address verification
- Different Bank Account
- Different Credit Card

I understand that I'll eventually get limited again but question is how long do you think I'll be able to use it? If I get permanently limited again and I had funds in that account, will I still able to get it after 180 days?

Basically what I want to do is repeat the cycle and I'm fine with paypal permanently limiting my account and holding the funds as long as I can get it back every time even if I wait 180 days.

Difficult to predict how long before it gets limited (if it even does). Generally, you will have access to the funds after 180 days unless you are violating PP ToS blatantly...

A different DOB (in addition) will be suitable.
Can you add a country flag to your profile?
