Question about logging into Bay/Pal on laptop while out-of state??

Hey anyone, I just wanted to ask if it would be a bad idea to log into my stealth Ebay/Paypal accounts while I am out-of-state? I am thinking cookies/flash and definately the IP, which is different, would be an issue, but wanted to ask.
I would probably recieve the "phone call or e-mail" would'nt? a**H****!

Would g-mail be OK?

Thanks

If you have a laptop and you use firefox, you can just copy your profile from your regular computer to the laptop and take the cookies and flash with you on the road. Then only the IP will be the oddball (which won't cause any problem).

Gmail has messed up on me a couple times in the past few days. Loaded images when it is set specifically to not load images. So, if you do the gmail thing while out and about on an alien IP addy, set your gmail to the safe-mode html mail engine instead of the standard dynamic gmail you usually log on to.
