about withdraw money from paypal after 180 days
 

If paypal is limited,then only could withdraw money to a bank account or a check after 180 days.And using stealth paypal accounts,you cant withdraw money from a check because the infos are not true.So only way is the bank account.My question is could i use the same bank account to withdraw for many limited paypal accts?I add the bank account to one limited paypal and remove it after i withdraw the money then add the same bank account to another paypal?

No you can't. Unfortunately they keep a record of all bank accounts and when you try to add one you've already used it will pop up with an error message saying that bank is already used on another account. :(

then how do your guys who use stealth paypal accounts to withdraw money?

You cannot add a bank account after the account becomes limited. It must have the bank account on file before it gets limited. Also each account must have it's own bank account.

Your Paypal account SHOULD have some type of bank account attached to it when you are using it.
This is how you get your money into your own hands.
When your PP account gets limited LEAVE THAT ACCOUNT OPEN AND RUNNING.
Then when the 180 days run out you can just do a direct withdraw as normal.
THEN you can close that bank account AFTER you get your final settlement from Paypal.
