Default can we show ebay and paypal fee in the listing to buyers

Hi guys, ebay Australia recently reduced listing fee for BIN from about 4dollars each to 30 cents, which they claim to be "news to big that we don't need to shout". Well the fact is they raised finaly value fee from 4-5% to 7-8%, which they didn't shout at all. Give the high unit price of what we sell, i don't see any reduction in the bill.

Now, could we include something like below in the listing so that buyers may seek to buy from our off ebay site, or contact us the do a deal off ebay?

Say this is a 200 dollars item:

You Paid 11.5 to ebay to leave us a feedback, then 5.1 to paypal for Buyer's Protection. See below eBay and Paypal fee Scheme for details:

Ebay: 7.40% of the initial AU$75.00 plus 4.00% of the remaining closing price (AU$75.01 to AU$1,000.00)

Paypal: 1.1% + $0.30 AUD to 2.4% + $0.30 AUD.

Is this allowed. We have customer servcie email address in the format of: ebay@xxxxx.com, that xxxxx.com is our offebay website. If buyer does want to get a better deal, they will find it easily.

Will eBay pull the listings and say I tried to avoid paying ebay fee??

Thanks guys and take care!

Technically, you can do that. They'll get upset about it and maybe smack you for some other reason.

I don't want to sound negative mate, but it just comes off as implying to the buyer that you prefer they deal with you off-eBay. (nothing wrong with that, it's just that that's what will be eBay's interpretation).

You might suffer random, no reason given, stupid listing takedowns if you are a high volume lister and this will be on every one of those listings.

:(
