Bought a US eBay account, but has non-US address - problems with VCC and bank verify?
 

So I just bought an eBay account with feedback. The eBay account is a US account, or at least from what I can tell, but the address in the profile is a Philippines address.

1. Will I have any trouble changing the address?

2. Will I have any trouble getting it VCC or phone verified and turning it into a sellers account?

3. Will I have any trouble buying a Paypal account that is VCC and bank verified from one of the guys in this forum and taking the withdrawal restrictions away?

I think I would have asked myself all these questions or at least of the seller of said account 'before' buying?

1. they may or may not do anything if you change address. I have done this and not had a problem yet - doesnt mean I wont at some point though?

2. If you make it past #1, I dont forsee this being a problem.

3. The sellers here are legit and provide a good service. Not sure if any offer already bank verified though?

Another question...

The ebay account I bought came with a pp account as well. The ebay and PP account were always used together and were linked at one time, and they currently share the same foreign address.

Think I would be better off using the PP account that came with it and 2x verifying and linking it to the ebay account - or - buy a 2x verified pp account from on of the guys on this forum and then linking it to the ebay account??

Suppose you were on the other side of the issue. You are ebay or PP.

Ask yourself:

If you know these two pieces always worked together before, and then the two pieces become separated, then one piece is connected to another piece that it has never met before, and the new piece replaces the old piece which is only allowed once...what are you going to do about it?

ebay/PP - PP + pp = ebay/pp

If I were on the other side of that, I'd wonder why the first PP was removed, why the person got a second pp, and why the person began using the new pp with the ebay that already had one at the start. I'd probably remember that only one standard PP is permitted. I might start watching that user closely, if I didn't immediately freeze that user instead.
