Listings Removed

Maybe you guys can help me out here. I just had 2 listings removed because of trademark infringement, but I have 3 more listings of the same item still running. Why didn't all 5 of them get removed? I've never had this happen before, usually they remove all of the them.

In all probability they will also be removed within a few days.

Is it best to cancel them myself, or let them run until they get removed. I got hit with a 7 day suspension, so if those also get removed, will I end up getting a 30 day? Also, even if they do successfully end, they can still get removed from the database, and it might look suspicious to the buyer. What do you guys think?

^ option to remove them yourself...and wait 90 days before selling other vero or at least same brand
