Need a card for paypal location confirmation
 

This is for a Canadian pp account.

Got limited and ask for location confirmation. The one that I need to give a credit card to do address verification first and then paypal will call me. It is not "linking and confirming credit card" people do at the beginning.

Would appreciate it very much if you know which card works for this and I would like to pay to get one. Thanks!

Will those vcc sold on this forum for paypal verification work for this purpose?

Have you tried VisaVCC dot com? I used this services in the past and all was perfect.

You can contact the admin through "Contact us" button, and ask especially for a VCC that confirm location.

I know them. The card is good for first verification with a new paypal account. Not sure it works still to do location confirmation. Someone tried this before, please let me know. Thanks!

Why no one answers? does this mean location confirmation is a deadend? If so, why we worry more about ssn?

One of the pitfalls of using a paypal account registered in a country you are not located in I suspect.

Have you tried to contact VCC as suza suggested and ask if they can help?

Bought from someone in this forum.

First response looks positive as he told me "yes, my card works, you will need to register your paypal address with my vcc. it accepts only us address.)

I paid and now he suddenly changed to a different person that had no idea of location confirmation and told me to go ahead and verify the card with two deposits.

I am still waiting for his response to see if I am ripped off.

Paypal limited my account and there is a task called comfirm location. It will first ask for a card to do address verification and then will give me a call. It is different from the linking a card with pp at the very beginning. Will your card work this out?

u have to register the address thats on paypal to the vcc and it has to be usa address these cards wont take any non us address's :(

Ok, I have a VCC that I used to add to Paypal to confirm location, and will give you a favour, as I'm finding that you'll probably be in a deadend. You'll not have to pay me, just consider this as "I'm doing what others did and will do for me".
