| There is no mystery. You'll need a real verifiable name with matching SSN and DOB along with a real verifiable bank account. This is true for EVERY US Ebay account. Ebay must know who you are in order to sell on their platform.
As for stealth, it died long ago. The guide does give you helpful information, such as using a new IP, real verifiable phone number and address, new user account on your PC or new cell phone to operate your account. This holds true with MP as it did in the past.
You can no longer open accounts with data center IPs, Voip phones, etc. Residential IPs are a must as Ebay must know where you are also. (The guide still lists these as options, but times have indeed changed)
One final note, when you do get an account working, take care of it. Gone are the days of simply creating stealth accounts, there is no such thing these days. |
