Is There a Managed Payments Guide?

Hey, I just finished reading the stealth book. How do you create accounts in 2022 and with managed payments? If there is a guide here I could be directed to that would be awesome!

Thanks!

All managed payments info can be found around the forum at this time.

Is there any threads you would currently recommend about managed payments information that's not covered in the stealth guide? Thanks!

Do you have any specific question that you have regarding MP?
You can find more discussions about MP here-

I'm trying to figure out how account creation/stealth so ebay doesn't detect your real identity is different for managed payments. I've seen some various questions and answers but there seems to be a lot of mystery now that real information is required and thoughts that old methods don't work

There is no mystery. You'll need a real verifiable name with matching SSN and DOB along with a real verifiable bank account. This is true for EVERY US Ebay account. Ebay must know who you are in order to sell on their platform.
As for stealth, it died long ago. The guide does give you helpful information, such as using a new IP, real verifiable phone number and address, new user account on your PC or new cell phone to operate your account. This holds true with MP as it did in the past.
You can no longer open accounts with data center IPs, Voip phones, etc. Residential IPs are a must as Ebay must know where you are also. (The guide still lists these as options, but times have indeed changed)
One final note, when you do get an account working, take care of it. Gone are the days of simply creating stealth accounts, there is no such thing these days.

Darn, sad to see the guide still has not been updated since 2022.

These are the steps I have put together so far based on my reading around the forums. Let me know if anything is out of date:

1. Incorporate new sole prop LLC if not already. Get EIN.
2. Get a Sales & Use Tax Permit from the state. This will be needed later to avoid paying taxes on Amazon.
3. Open a new business bank account using Barclays that allows easy virtual bank account openings online.
4. Get an address from UPS (PO Box) for the business. We will use this for the eBay address.
5. New residential IP from IP Burger for eBay account plus Amazon account.
6. Connect to this IP using your laptop.
7. Create a new user account on your laptop specifically for your new eBay account. Only log into an eBay account from the associated user on the laptop computer.
8. Create a new Amazon personal account using the EIN. Verify using the new bank account you created. Apply for sales tax exemption (yes, you can do this with a non-business Amazon).

Nice setup start - what's your phone number being used? What category of sales intended?

Good question. Do you still recommend getting a Tracfone as mentioned in the guide? What do you personally do for the phone?

As for sales, I plan to start with actual books I need to get rid of lol

Tracfone still works :) I use tracfone for my US accounts and I keep lines active.

Books are a good idea I would think - physical used ones
