No safe payment offered

I listed several items using only moneybookers and paymate as payment options. They are removed today under MC019, but the reason is:

No safe payment offered.

What is this? I have never heard of it before. Since ebay allows paymate and moneybookers, I thought it was ok to offer only them as payment options. Is that everything listed should have paypal as one of its options or the listing will be removed?

PS. I am talking about a u.s. ebay account.

In ebays eyes theres only one safe payment opition and thats paypal.
