People people,
I have mentioned this before no bank account needed
Simply buy a Walmart gift card from eBay. Once received you could
(1) buy what ever u need for ur home from Walmart or Walmart.com
(2) buy visa gift cards with the Walmart card from walmart(keep in mind gift cards must have a set value. Meaning $25,$50,$100,200 cards. Not $20-500 cards)

Easy peasy

I always got cancelled order for buying visa gift card from walmart. Walmart giftcard is OK
