got a small account that usually I stay under the £1700 per year limit on, it has a variation of my old address, (the occupant forwards anything on to me and I will call them to let them know). Phone verification failed , so its going to address - good chance it will be ok, but may not, as its a slight variation and so its not 100% certain. Partly why the reason I keep it low, is because it is a variant of a suspended address, has worked for nearly 2 years..on the down low...
They hit me with verification at under the £1200 mark, I was going to stop receiving on it, as the year end is only 1 month away - but got hit with it before i was expecting.
anyway so code is in post, but if its not received, can I wait until reset date, and I wont need code? or do they require code now as its been requested?
In future, if this happens, is it better to ignore resolve account message and wait for reset date or try verification.
what happens if you dont do verification? If its just limits arent lifted I dont care, but if its a limitation I do!! |
