Does a VPS work?

I am located in Texas. Rather than a residential IP from IPBurger, could I rent a VPS located in Texas? Do you think Amazon and eBay could detect that it is a VPS somehow, and whether that would cause issues?

If it's a good quality VPS that is not overused/abused for eb and AZ in the past, then it should be fine
