I have a Tax I.D. Question
 

In my state they call it a tax i.d. # I believe. It has the same business type name I had used on a suspended forever ebay acc. I never used it as a DBA or LLC for any ebay acc. Could I use it for a new acc? In stealth it says you can't get suspended by name alone. ( wonderbooksales = ebay user name ) My DBA says wonderbooksales on the state sheet. I want to save 125.00 bucks.

Tax ID numbers are issued by the IRS, not the state government. A business will have an EIN, which is pretty much a tax ID. Most times a tax ID is issued to non residents for income tax purposes.

Easy fix, just say the name is Wonder Books, that's close enough to probably not get limited.... although, I would go with just setting up another business name.

Don't be a cheapskate. Do it save the money and then get the account suspended means you saved nothing.

What about the concept of being stealth do you not understand? Isn't this your second thread where you want to use info associated with a banned account? By all means live dangerously but don't live stupidly.

We KNOW that if an account undergoes a manual review anything similar can be enough to get the account suspended. In case you think I am being hard, then consider this one:
a user here made a new account, had a new sort number & account number from the bank. Everything was new, right? Account got lost because it was the same bank....the manual review determined that. :fight: :ranger:
