when is it ok to use real name again?
 

i havent used my real info on anything in YEARS,probably since 01-02

i dont remember but its been that long and i was wondering if i could make an ebay/paypal account with my real name or is my name on whatever file still?

i would call in but i dont think id get anywhere,does anyone know how long yer name is the "list" for? i figure its ok for me to open a new one after all these years

i have some legit items id like to sell

From numerous talks with ebay/paypal staff it would seem that info is kept on file. Certain higher level staff,T&S for example, have access even though an account may have been banned years ago. Paypal told me an old email address I had not used in 6 years on a safe account. :tears:
I would not recommend doing this. I would pick the safe alternatives that are not stealth. :peace:

Like I've said many times already, a name alone can not link you. EBay and PayPal need more information then just your name to link an account. I use variations of my name a lot and never my legal name, but still it's okay to use your real name.

The benefits are an easier id verification among other documents required at times. And the ability to use certain bank accounts.

NEVAAAA :) Stealth is better anyway. I am brand new to this stealth stuff and I love being stealth :) YAY!

i say call them up and see if u can get ur account up and running, i did that today and so far my ebay account is reinstated!! try it
