| Enigma | 01-04-2010 11:25 PM | What could a buyer do? I received an email from a buyer questioning the autheniticity of some dvds that I sold him. I guess some of discs don't work. This is the first time that I have had a buyer question if they are real or not lol. I went ahead and emailed him back and said that I get them from the same supplier that the power sellers get them from.
My questions is, If a buyer questions the authenticity of an item, can they sue you for selling them a replica? Also I was wondering how sellers get those lawsuits from companies? Is it because buyers contact the companies themselves or do the companies go undercover and purchase stuff from Ebay? :pop2: |
