Voipfone softphone not working with ebay?
 

I have used the X-lite Softphone with voipfone for a while now.

Never had any problems.

However it seems when ebay call and say if you are expecting this call press 1

And you press 1 it does not work?

This worked last month?

Any ideas on this.

Have you tried again to get a different number to press. I can't remember whether it is 1 or 0, but I get this with calls forwarded to mobiles.

Update - Rang Voipfone - There is a problem with the carrier and the DTNL settings were corrupt.

The tech switched the "carrier" and now it works.

If anyone gets this problem ring them and tell them the touch tone does not work and ask them to switch the carrier.

I told them I use my softphone to call my bank and I cant get past the automated prompts.

I did not want to tell them it was for ebay.

Anyway its all fixed now.
