Set up Paypal Account with real details then change to stealth
 

Please can you offer your opinions on this.

You have a Paypal account that is fully verified with your real details.

You update your credit card information with Stealth details then use this stealth address for home and business.

You then delete the original and real address.

Now if you have done this does your Paypal account have more chance of surviving longer? (assuming you have already had a PP account suspended with your real details)

If I read this correctly then no it wouldn't.... By creating the account with your real info used on a previously suspended account you would create a permanent link between these two accounts.

Even if you then changed all the info to stealth the previous info would still be logged.

Agree with Captain, even if you change the info, Paypal/Ebay both store your info.

Why not just start out with stealth info? What would be the benefit of using real info that's been used before (one red flag there), then changing all the info to something else (surely another red flag right there). I wouldn't be surprised if paypal would immediately lock the account, thinking someone stole it.

i think he meant using someone else real info, after lifting the limits, change the address....
it wouldn't matter though, they keep everything on file, and once you do that anyways, they will suspend you for being suspicious... they will do anything to block you and keep your money in there vault

Not doable. Info changes your end. Said info retained by paypal. Should account be 'examined', all changes are there for paypal to see. They sniff the links better than the hounds after the fox.

Read stealth again. Your variations will make you lose accounts.

Its just that I have a Paypal account left that has my real details.

I was thinking of using it and I thought that there might be a chance that if I change the address it might offer a little bit of hope.

ANyway I guess I will just use it as is and see how long it survives.

GRRR.Thread title suggests something different. Get to the point first round. Answers more than the same. You run the risk of being linked. You run the risk of coming to the forum and posting 'oops. my paypal got linked to a suspended account' And you do know why.

That paypal should NEVER EVER GO NEAR EBAY AGAIN :peace:
