Linking Paypal and Ebay
 

Ok, I have seen forever on here that you don't recommend linking Paypal with Ebay. I have also read that in the Stealth Manual. My question is, why should you not link a paypal and Ebay account? I just created a brand new stealth ebay and paypal account tonight to start selling here very soon. I would think that if you don't have your paypal and ebay account linked, that your paypal would probably become limited because it does not include Ebay invoices when they send payment correct? Maybe I am just completely missing something here, but what are the ADVANTAGES of not linking the two? Also by linking you mean paying your Ebay fees automatically through paypal. I would think that by having them linked, that would just be another form of verification, and that if your Paypal verified it would keep you from getting limited on Ebay as well. Just wondering.

And also I am just talking about using one paypal accout with one Ebay account, so if one or the other got limited, I would have to create a brand new one for both.

Link your accounts and start selling. Did you read eBay Stealth 3.0 or an older version? I don't think I mentioned not linking your accounts unless you were going with another payment processor.

Ok, yea the first account I created I linked the accounts, but then why does everyone on here recommend not linking them? I was commenting on another post a little while ago and most people said not to link and just use the alternate payment method.

I link all my accounts :)

I think it is just to do with giving Ebay direct access to your PP funds/bank account.
