receipt to remove paypal limitation
 

hi, there

I fax a drive icence and invoive to paypal, however, they tell me"Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time"

they need drive licence copy as large and as light as possible.

and they need "a receipt showing that the item sold was authentic. "
If you are unable to provide this form of verification then we will need to verify the item was received as described by the buyer.

Do you know what is "a receipt showing that the item sold was authentic. " I can buy the item from best buy, but how I can get "a receipt showing that the item sold was authentic. "

I'm taggin' this one to see this answer. I have the same question.

1. go to best buy then....

2. scan receipt from best buy.


3. open scan of receipt in windows paint program

4. use the cut and paste option so numbers font stays the same.


5. Then back date to before the auction started.

6. Save as.

Then smile and give back to paypal.:D


Problem solved.

Windows paint has a option to cut letters and numbers and still retain the background just surrounding it so your just moving numbers that are originally on the document....should look good as a image on the computer when your done but will look even better after you print it off and re scan it.
