Need to withdraw from old/suspended PP account, can I do this on diff. user account?
 

Okay forum members, I have a so-far- successful stealth PP and Ebay account under one user-account. I ONLY go into that user account for those two reasons, otherwise...I'm out!

Now my question is: can I go into my old user account and log into my old PP account and transfer funds to my old bank account? Keep in mind that any/all information between the 2 accounts are completely different and nothing is the same. Different banks, names, p-words, user accounts etc...

Will the same IP address link me? What about cookies, flash?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

Yes you can login to your old user account. Cookies and flash cookies are kept separate by user account. However you wil need to change your ip before you login to your old Paypal and change it again, once you log out and are ready to switch back.

Would the changing of the IP's only be necessary for my Paypal accounts? Is it necessary for the Ebay accounts too? I would'nt think so, but can't hurt to ask.

Changing IP is necessary for everything - eBay & PayPal because eBay owns PayPal and they share their information.

You need to change your ip when switching between sets, but not between paypal and ebay. For example if you have ebay#1 paypal #1 and ebay #2 and paypal #2. You need to change ip when switching between paypal #1 and paypal #2. Also you need to change ip when switching between ebay#1 and ebay#2. But you do not need to change ip between ebay#1 and paypal#1, or vice versa.
