It's a good read, and it has some useful information for our purposes.

Please note that this is the 2000 edition, but a lot of the info is still relevant.

If you think it's a good read, the author has recently released an updated 2009 version, taking into account post-9/11 considerations.

Unfortunately, the 2009 version costs $$$, but it's worth it IMHO.
