Got Limited As Soon As Creating a New Acc

I just created my new ebay account with diff. name, address, ip address. Clean cookies & flash player cookies. However, once I sign up for paypal. I got limited as soon as the account is created. What did I do wrong?

By the way, I am US based and used VPN as well.

You might SELL in the USA but you are in Asia. Paypal will be picking up on the vpn because they don't like what you are doing. They can see that you use vpn. They check carefully.

My eBay account is suspended with MC183 limite just now... due to the fact that my paypal account is limited.... =(

Yea your getting popped because your trying to create a US based account when you are not based in the US. VPN's and proxys will get you caught really quick. Your better off just creating one to sell there and sell on US Ebay.

the easiest thing to do is sell on the us website, from your chinese account with a chinese address.

yes, the only thing you need to worry about are the funds matching in currency type only. For example, people pay you in US dollars, you must withdraw to an account in US dollars, YEN to YEN, etc...
