Let's say my ebay account got suspended, although my paypal is fine (it got limited once and I resolved it after sending ss#, and invoices)

I make a ebay/paypal steath account and get those 2 linked and verified fully.

After that when I start selling.......I put my old paypal account's email address (The one that didn't get suspended with the ebay account I mentioned above) into the box where it ask's for paypal email address for accepting payments? Will it work?

No, you will probably get linked. Once one is linked the other is worthless. Remember they are the same company. Its not worth risking it just make a new account.

Genius man said he did it, and has received 3k so far without any problems.

Plan for the long run and you will likely be more successful

They will be linked to each other eventually, if not already. ebay is revamping their seller requirements right now. I'm sure trust and safety is backed up with things to do. I've personally noticed a lot of my accounts are taking longer than usual to get banned.

Point is, don't rely on this. If it works for now, awesome! But it will get kicked sooner or later.
