Default RX1034 Limitation

Goddammit, so everything was running smooth. I created this account and have been selling brand new Blu Rays on it. Followed all the directions and everything like usual. Then, all of a sudden today, BOOM got hit with this effing limitation on my paypal account! Here is the list:

Feb 9, 2010 Confirm your bank account Information Submitted Complete
Feb 9, 2010 Confirm your credit card Information Submitted Complete
Feb 9, 2010 Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Bank Account Statement Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Provide Invoices(Alternatives available) Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Confirm Location Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Confirm Social Security number(Alternatives available) Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Provide business information(Alternatives available) Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Provide proof of delivery(Alternatives available) Waiting for your response Resolve
Feb 9, 2010 Set credit check address Waiting for your response Resolve

The hell is all this stuff? Credit check address? Business information? Bank Account statement? They never asked for any of this before. And I have 27 feedback now with no disputes or anything. I had about $600.00 in the account, $100.00 of it still pending, and I withrdrew $500.00 from it yesterday. What is going on? I obviously can't provide any of this stuff. It is normal to get limitaitons but why did I get this so damn soon? I sold over 120 feedback of the EXACT same items last time and nothing like this happened? Now I'm still stuck with all this effing inventory I can't sell! Someone help! I will make a deal with anyone that can make the invoices, statements, bill copies and whatever through photoshop for me as well. I have another free paypal account I can send you money through. Would just like to get this fixed. Honest Ebay seller here, not ripping people off its just I can't afford to wait to sell movies because they go down in value so fast!

Just got off the phone with Paypal, I was able to send the verification through with a few things, I just confirmed my location and stuff, and he waived some of the things like invoices and business location. He also checked to verify all the tracking I have. I just can't confirm my social security number, so if it gets sent back to me tomorrow saying they need more information what should I do? The reason for the limitation was done automatically by paypal because I had over $600.00 come in it over about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Still looking for some help guys I just wanted to piece in what I now know.

i highly doubt youll be able to fix this,i just got hit with this on a real account,it was my 2nd limitation, have 250+ feedback..4.8-4.9 DSR...i passed first limitation back in aug 09 with made up invoice and everything, this time i did what they asked and within an hour of sending them what they wanted, they denied my appeal..quite strange though with the thousands of accounts that get limited daily and the thousands already limited that they put this much priority into my account,im small potatoes,i had 2k in there, so i dont know,if yer stealth with this account..id say yer done..just move on..forget about it especially if they want ssn..try and spread it out on multiple accounts..stay under the radar is the only advice i have for you

Default Account REINSTATED!! NEED ADVICE!!!

Ok well I posted about a day ago about my limitation, and nobody really responded. Well I took matters into my own hands and needless to say I got it reinstated after talking to them on the phone and providing proof of deliveries and they saw the invoices I sent through Ebay. I also confirmed my location by phone. My question now is this. I created this account about 3 weeks ago, sold probably 35 items or so, Blu Ray DVDS brand new and made about $650.00. That is why it got popped for limitation because so much money came through it in such a small time. I have about 30 positive feedback now, and the limitation is off now. I withdrew the money so now theres only about $30 in the account. Now my question is, should I let this cool down before selling again? Does it matter since the limitation has already been lifted? I've got a few more Blu Rays and software I would like to put on but some of those will probably net $40.00 a piece and I don't wanna get popped again. Would they even do that? Need some advice from people that have gotten by limitations on new accounts before. I would prefer to maybe list 5 more games and make $150.00 or so, but I REALLY don't want to get it looked at again because I can't provide the stuff. I also created another account last night but I am going to let it age for a bit. Lets get some responses this time!

I recommend you take things slowly with your account for awhile. If you can sell on your new account, or better sell on both accounts to spread out your risk.

But take it easy because yes you can become limited again.. and this time you might not be able to lift it.

Did you get limited on paypal or ebay? I tried to find your posts...

If you got limited on paypal, then reinstated, I'm sure you're fine. I'd go for it. An account that has been limited and reinstated is much more valuable then one that hasn't.

From my experience, whenever I had an account limited, it felt bulletproof. I went from a hundred a day withdrawing to $500 a day withdrawing without any problems. I quit using that account for now just to let it age for a while since I have a few others now starting out. I suggest using your account that was limited for a while and keep doing what you were doing.

It was limited through Paypal, not Ebay.

As a follow-up to your comment no-one really helped, you asked in this thread
an approach.
http://www.aspkin.com/forums/subscri...y-account.html
Now reading thro' your posts, you did your own thing. That's great if it works. So lay off with comments of bailing yourself out.
Delighted you got reinstated but I do recommend a little less of the gung-ho approach. No new paypal account I know will take $600 and get thro' their nastiness. In the sweetest possible way, slow down & re-think how to work to beat ebay/paypal. There are answers here that work

Paypal is the problem then. Start looking for other ways to get paid. There are many.
