Paypal Asking for Documents. Help Please !!!

"Credit card Statement" Does this mean I have to send them the same credit card number on the account? or can it be any credit card? What Details Should I blank out ?

"Proof of address" What details should I blank out on this?

"Drivers License" What details should I blank out on this?

Blank out the numbers: show name & logo

Can I send any credit card statment ? Does it have to match the 1 on the account ?
