Default MC019 dilema

Hi All,
got a bit of a dilema, have been selling vero for a couple of weeks and selling fantastic, first time i have tried it, usually sell non vero stuff. these ones are dvds, so i got a second variant dvd, same title as the first but different series than the first one, both are vero... I listed a couple of items 3,5,7 days of the second series, within a couple of hours got MC019, for those 3 items, however the 6 or 7 listing of the first one remain untouched...

Now what i am unsure of is what to do next...
first off i wont list these items on this account

Problem is the 6 or 7 items still live have heaps of bids with great prices (lots of 2nd chances), all of them were listed before the MC019 notice
Do i pull my own listings or wait for them to do it... or will they leave them alone as they obviously checked out my account when they pulled the other listings
I dont really want to kill this account as has 1000+ feedback with real info

Any advise/help much appreciated

You should be fine if you let them sell and don't relist, I had the same thing happen to me on a real account selling dvds where some listings were pulled and some weren't even though they were the same. I ended up getting 7 day suspenion and took a quiz.

I had similar problem. Twice my ebay was suspended. Initially, I've been selling fast, like $100 per hour!

Then suddenly, they warned me that I can't relist it for 30days for the same category.

So, I changed category, and then they suspended me!

I'm serving my 2nd suspension... ending next week.
